Shipping policy

This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase from www.beyondthebib.com. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact our customer service team.
 
Domestic Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. BTB provides flat rate shipping charges based on your location and the proximity to the origin shipping location.
 
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate email notification and/or text message notification after your order has been processed if you provided this information and if you selected these notification options during checkout.

Delivery Time:
Orders are typically shipped via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Choice of carrier is at the discretion of BTB & dependent upon various factors such as shipping speed. Once an order has been processed, they are transported between 3-7 days depending upon the destination. An accurate shipping timeframe will be displayed at checkout. Typical transit times are as noted: Northeast US & South US: 3-5 Business Days, Midwest US & West US: 5-7 Business Days

Tracking Your Order:
Your order will automatically be assigned a tracking number and shipped. You will receive an automated email with tracking information and applicable shipping carrier. You can track your order utilizing our shipping partner’s automated services. Please allow 48 hours after the order has been placed for the tracking portal to update.

Delivery Address
We are typically unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order unless you contact us immediately after the order has been placed and prior to your shipment being fulfilled.
 
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders with shipping locations within select zip codes on Long Island, New York. If you quality for free shipping, this option will be displayed to you during checkout. These orders are typically delivered 1-3 business days after placing an order. You will receive an automated notification once your order has been delivered.
 
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally outside of the continental United States.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item was damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. We require photos of any damage item claims, so we encourage you to take photos of any damaged items so we may open an inquiry with our shipping partners. 

Refunds
If you have spoken with customer service and are eligible for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Our Refund Policy only applies to products purchased direct from our website, www.beyondthebib.com. If you purchased our sauces from another location, you will need to contact the seller directly to discuss their specific return policy.
