Due to the perishable and one-time-use nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

We love our customers, value your feedback and want you to be happy with your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item was damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

We require photos of any damage item claims, so we encourage you to take photos of any damaged items so we may open an inquiry with our shipping partners. 

Refunds
If you have spoken with customer service and are eligible for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Our Refund Policy only applies to products purchased direct from our website, www.beyondthebib.com. If you purchased our sauces from another location, you will need to contact the seller directly to discuss their specific return policy.
