Veggie Pizza Cups

(Serves 8)
- 1 canister of Pillsbury Crescent Roll Dough
- 1 cup Beyond the Bib tomato sauce
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- ½ tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 375º and spray a muffin tin.
In a medium frying pan, melt the butter, then add the spinach in and cook until it becomes dark green and wilted. Season with garlic powder, toss to combine, then set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the cup of tomato sauce and mix in the spinach.
Open the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Press the triangle into the muffin tin (onto the sides and the bottom of the tin) with the point of the triangle at the bottom. Take 2 scoops of the spinach and sauce mixture, then pour it into each of the eight crescent dough cups. Top with a pinch of cheese, then bake for 13-14 minutes or until crispy and golden on top. Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
