Thai Chicken Meatballs

Introduce your kiddo to new flavors with this fun twist on the meatball. A milder and healthier take on your takeout order, but just enough Thai flavor for your little one to enjoy the same flavors. Serve along side steamed jasmine rice and vegetables.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup BTB Thai Coconut Sauce
- Olive oil spray
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, and Thai Coconut sauce. Mix well to combine.

Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs using your hands.

Place the meatballs on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Be sure to arrange the meatballs with plenty of space in between them to be cooked evenly.

Lightly spray with olive oil spray

Bake in the oven for 18 to 22 minutes at 375°F degrees, flipping halfway through. The meatballs should be nicely browned and juicy.

Serve the Thai chicken meatballs warm with extra, warmed sauce on the side for dipping.
