Thai Cauliflower Bites Toddler and Kids Meal Recipe Ideas

 

This air fryer cauliflower is quick, easy and delicious. Make it as a side dish to enjoy with a main course, or serve as a tasty bite-sized snack. Cauliflower is a rich source of vitamins and minerals. You don't have to tell your little one they're actually getting a double dose of Cauliflower (there's cauliflower in the sauce!)

 

Prep Time: 5 min

Cook Time: 18 min

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup BTB Thai Coconut Sauce 

Instructions:

    1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (190°C).

    2. Add cauliflower florets to a mixing bowl or plastic zip loc bag.

    3. Pour in sauce and toss/ mix until fully coated.

    4.  Arrange the cauliflower on the air fryer tray. Air fry for 18 minutes or until sightly browned.

    5. Serve once cooled or store in fridge for a future snack. Also tastes great cold the next day.

Always cut into age appropriate pieces for your child prior to serving.
