This air fryer cauliflower is quick, easy and delicious. Make it as a side dish to enjoy with a main course, or serve as a tasty bite-sized snack. Cauliflower is a rich source of vitamins and minerals. You don't have to tell your little one they're actually getting a double dose of Cauliflower (there's cauliflower in the sauce!)

- 1/2 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup BTB Thai Coconut Sauce
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (190°C).
Add cauliflower florets to a mixing bowl or plastic zip loc bag.
Pour in sauce and toss/ mix until fully coated.
Arrange the cauliflower on the air fryer tray. Air fry for 18 minutes or until sightly browned.
- Serve once cooled or store in fridge for a future snack. Also tastes great cold the next day.
