Breakfast magic! These egg bites are the ultimate family fave. Quick to make, even quicker to grab from the freezer on busy mornings. Packed with protein, veggies, and all the yummy pizza flavors in cute muffin form. It's a win-win for kids and parents!
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup diced broccoli
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup BTB Tomato sauce
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.

Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese, broccoli, green bell pepper, onion. Mix well to combine.

Pour the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full. Top with a dollop of tomato sauce

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg bites are cooked through and golden brown on top.

Allow the egg bites to cool in the tin for a few minutes before removing them with a knife or spatula. Scoop another spoonful of tomato sauce on top.
Serve warm and enjoy your delicious pizza egg bites!
