BBQ Corn Ribs Toddler Meal Ideas Bably Lead Weaning and Picky Eater
Looking for a kid-friendly recipe that doubles as a creative activity for your little ones? Our air fryer BBQ Corn "Ribs" are not only delicious but also a fantastic way to get your toddlers involved in meal prep.
  • 2 Ears of Corn
  • Beyond the Bib BBQ sauce

Instructions:

  1. Husk and Cut the Corn: Remove the husks and silk from the ears of corn. Cut each ear of corn lengthwise into quarters. These will resemble "ribs."

  2. Coat the Corn "Ribs": coat each piece of corn with BTB BBQ sauce.

  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.

  4. Air Fry the Corn "Ribs": Place the BBQ-coated corn ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. 

  5. Air Fry: Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through, or until they are crispy.

  6. Serve: Remove the corn from the air fryer and let them cool.  Serve with extra Beyond the Bib BBQ sauce on the side for dipping.

Always cut into age appropriate pieces for your child prior to serving.
