Flavorful and juicy, BBQ chicken can be served as a main dish with a side of vegetables and grains and in a variety of ways. For the entire family, serve sliced chicken on a salad, or use as a protein source in sandwiches or wraps. Serve BTB BBQ sauce on the side for extra dipping!

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or around 375°F.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Once the chicken is cooked, brush the BBQ sauce on both sides.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on each side, until the sauce is caramelized and the chicken is fully cooked.

Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve hot with you and your child's favorite sides, like roasted vegetables, grilled corn or baked beans. Serve BBQ sauce on the side as a dip.
